Special Note About Identify Theft
After I posted an article on my blog about phony debt
collectors, I started receiving phone calls from scared debtors
that someone was posing as an attorney with my firm and
trying to collect on payday loans.

If you receive such a phone call, I recommend filing a
complaint with a local enforcement agency and placing a
possible fraud alert on your credit report.  Bankruptcy is
currently my primary are of practice.  I help consumers get out
