Letha S. Payne - Litigation Paralegal
Letha S. Payne is a litigation paralegal. Her primary function
is overseeing the subrogation claims handled by our office,
but she also assists on other litigated matters. Her
responsibilities include conducting discovery, preparing
pleadings and settlement negotiations.
Mrs. Payne obtained her Paralegal Certificate from the
University of California at San Diego, a highly respected
University with an American Bar Association approved
Paralegal Studies program. Mrs. Payne has been a Paralegal
for thirteen years and has been responsible for successfully
resolving difficult, high volume cases and insurance
claims with well respected companies like General Electric
and Allstate Insurance.
Mrs. Payne is experienced in the areas of litigation, complex
litigation, insurance subrogation, insurance defense,
personal injury and contracts. Special education areas
include Alternative Dispute Resolution and Effective Litigation
Management. She successfully manages multiple projects
through effective planning, organizational skills and
follow-through. She also possesses exceptional oral and
written communication skills and a demonstrated ability in
negotiating settlements.
